Study Results from “Clinical Outcome Evaluation of Intraosseus Vancomycin in Total Knee Arthroplasty Published in Arthroplasty Today

Dr. Incavo and colleagues recently revealed results from their study, Clinical Outcome Evaluation of Intraosseous Vancomycin in Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA).  The study, recently published in Arthroplasty Today, studies patients receiving intraosseous (IO) vancomycin infusions to protect against methicillin-resistant Staphyloccoccus aureus in total joint replacement surgery compared to intravenous (IV) access.
